Glamping in Kent

Romantic

Children

Come glamping in Darling Buds of May country in Kent at our beautiful and comfortable Old Apple Shed situated exclusively in over an acre of meadow. Explore the beautiful Weald of Kent and our quaint village of Bethersden which has a butchers/deli and two traditional country pubs. Both ‘the George’ and ‘The Bull’ do great home cooked food and Kentish Ales and are only a short stroll away. Borrow a dog and explore the woods!

  • The Old Apple Shed was used in the 60s and 70s to store apples from our orchards and laid unloved for many years. She was converted using reclaimed and recycled materials. The location is peaceful and private yet very close to the beautiful village of Bethersden. Step back in time, relax and discover one of England's quaintest villages.

Our family loves dogs and we breed labradors and border terriers. There are often puppies here and we are always happy to show you round. Other residents are  Toast, the New Forest pony (who may look through your window!) and the bees whose hive is tucked away in a quiet corner of the field.

  • The Apple Shed is fully insulated with a roaring log burner so cosy as toast in winter. It has electricity, fridge, tiny baby belling cooker and a proper loo and shower. The pocket sprung bed is as comfortable as home! There is a small decking area with bbq outside.
