Come Glamping to a romantic and cosy set up near Stratford upon Avon. We're not a campsite, more of a farm with a wedding venue and 8 glamping pods. That way we can look after you in style.

• General information

  Wootton Park has 8 glamping pods set in 3 acres of trees on a farm in rolling Warwickshire countryside just outside Stratford upon Avon. Glamping pods are the new, innovative way of staying outdoors........but in comfort. They are warm and cosy being insulated with sheep's wool and have heaters for Winter. You can be sleeping under the stars and sitting out on the decking in the morning sun. There's no need to worry about packing any of the traditional equipment needed for similar ventures as all pods contain: double bed, duvet and bedding, towels and bathrobes, hairdryer, mirror, tea/coffee making facilities, electric points, bottled water and Haribou!

  2 TreePods are situated 11ft up in a small copse of trees. They are ensuite (shower, loo and wash basin) and self-catering with a kitchenette with 2 ring hob, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. TV and sofa with good wifi too! Also the luxury of your own private hot tub on the decking facing south with amazing views up to hills on our 350 acre farm.

  2 MegaPods are ensuite (shower, loo and washbasin) and self-catering - kitchenette with microwave, mini fridge, kettle and toaster. You also have TV and sofa. Outside you have a BBQ and private hot tub on the decking facing south with fabulous views.

  4 'standard' Glamping pods equipped with bed and bedding, towels and bathrobes, hairdryer and kettle. The shower, loo and wash basin are a few steps away. We are not a campsite as such but host a wealth of weddings at Wootton Park and therefore well used to looking after guests. Melanie will provide a full cooked breakfast and all the trimmings either in the 500 year old Tudor Farmhouse or in the 'Gastropod'.

  There are walks around the 350 acre farm, if you feel like it, and certainly Ariadne and Noah, the alpacas plus the naughty Pygmy goats would be glad of a greeting - that is if they're not too busy chasing the ducks and chickens!

  We are situated close to Warwick Castle and the Cotswolds with a host of things to keep you occupied in nearby Stratford too. There are some really fabulous places to eat either in the village of Henley in Arden, which is 2 miles away, or in our local village pubs.

• Accommodation

  The 8 pods are made up of:

  2 TreePods which are situated 11ft up in a small copse of trees. They are ensuite (shower, loo and wash basin) and self-catering with a kitchenette with 2 ring hob, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle (we provide some sachets of coffe, tea, sugar and milk to get you started).

  TV and sofa with good wifi too! Also the luxury of your own private hot tub on the decking facing south with amazing views up to hills on our 350 acre farm. Don't forget your swimwear and extra towels.

  The price is £195 per night on Friday and Saturday nights and £175 Sunday to Thursday nights with a minimum 2 night stay.

   

  2 MegaPods - everything is included in these self-contained and self-catering pods: bed & bedding, wet room, towels and bathrobes, kitchenette with microwave, fridge, toaster & kettle (we provide a few sachets of coffee, tea, sugar and milk to get you started!) table & chairs, sitting area & TV. Don't forget your swimwear and extra towels!

  The sitting area converts to another double bed space for up to 2 children - small extra charge applies for over 5s, £10 per night. 

  Minimum 2 night stay at £125 per night.

  Our 4 other pods are priced at £95 per night including a cooked breakfast and use of the large hot tub close by. 

  AUTUMN MIDWEEK OFFER: (Sunday - Thursday nights, valid from 26th September until 22nd December 2016)

  1 night: £65 (usually £95)

  2 nights: £120 (usually £190)

  We have fantastic Horse Riding experiences on site (contact details and prices on request)

  Also enjoy chauffeur driven 4 X 4 scenic tour around the farm ending with dove release from the top of the hill watching them swoooosh back to the dovecote in front of the Farmhouse (contact details and prices available on request)

  Hot tub with simply gorgeous views up to the hills past the horses grazing in the next field. 

• Things to do onsite and nearby

  We are situated 7 miles from Stratford upon Avon where there's a wealth of things to do: Shakespeare Properties, Ghost Walks, the ever popular Butterfly Farm, MAD Museum, River Avon boat rides and theatres. 

  Warwick boasts the simply fantastic Castle - allow loads of time!

  Drive around the Cotswolds and gorgeous little villages

  Kenilworth Castle, Coughton Court, Charlecote Park and Hidcote Manor Gardens to mention a tiny selection!
