  • Our stunning Cotswold Estate lies in the heart of the Gloucetsershire Hills offering familes and couples the chance to relax and unwind. Enjoy the 1500 acres of farm land, and make use of our added extras such as linen and cutlery packs, breakfast hampers for special occasions, bike and tennis court hire....and of course meeting our friendly farm animals.

    As we know the great British weather can’t always be relied upon…..our onsite games room ensures you can keep the family occupied whatever the weather. For the big kids we have table football, table tennis and for the little ones a variety of books, toys and games to suit all ages. For parents enjoy a drink from the hot drinks machine, relax on the sofa and enjoy a welcome alternative you your pod.

    Situated outside the games room we have an outside sport area, ideal for football, rounders and a great place for the kids to burn off some energy.

    Our onsite shop sells the basics you may need/ have forgotten as well as a few treats to enjoy during your stay. 

    The paddocks opposite the pods house our four legged friends, meet the donkeys, goats and alpaca. Collect eggs from our chickens, and enjoy them for breakfast.

    Bring your tennis racket and book the Estate Tennis Court during your stay, the court can be booked daytime and evening.

    The best way to see the stunning scenery around Notgrove is on two wheels and we have mapped out our favourite cycle routes for you. We have a range of bicycles you are welcome to hire.

    We have also mapped out walks around the estate, from a quick stroll to a 10 mile hike, we have some stunning routes for you to enjoy - and yes some involve the local pub!

    Breakfast Hamper for 2 – 4 people:

    1 x bottle Bucks Fizz, 2 x rasher bacon p/p, 2 x sausages p/p, 2 x eggs p/p, 1 x loaf bread, 1 x tomato p/p, 1 x mushroom p/p, Fresh Orange Juice
    Butter, Black pudding, Milk

     

  • Mega Pod glamping Prices £65 per night for 2 -3 nights based on 2 adults sharing, children under 3 are free, additional guests charged at £10 per night per guest. 4 or more nights £60 per night based on 2 adults additional guests £10 per night per guest.

    Minimum night stays – minimum of 2 nights, bank holidays are a minimum of 3 nights Fri-Mon. School holidays are a minimum of 2 nights – these can be any nights and we will take 1 night booking where gaps allow, please call us in this instance.

    Group Bookings – we are happy to take group bookings, for bookings of more than 2 pods please contact us prior to booking.

     

     

  • Pod games room

    Our onsite shop sells the basics you may need/ have forgotten as well as a few treats to enjoy during your stay. Located in the games room.

    We stock a range of The Cotswold Traiteur’s  frozen meals, using only local ingredients these meals are made just down the road from us and are taking the Cotswolds by storm – they can be pre-ordered for you to enjoy at any time during your stay. Let us take care of the food allowing you to put your feet up and enjoy a holiday away from the stove!

    Bicycles

    The best way to see the stunning scenery around Notgrove is on two wheels and we have mapped out our favourite cycle routes for you. We have a range of bicycles you are welcome to hire. Please book bikes in advance to be sure of availability.

    Tennis Court

    Bring your tennis racket and book the Estate Tennis Court during your stay, the court can be booked daytime and evening. Please bring your own racket and balls.

    Meet the Animals

    Walking

    The Notgrove Pods sit in a 1500 private estate making it ideal for people keen to enjoy the countryside and enjoy a Cotswold walking holiday. Three national walking trails cross and border the Estate, The Macmillan Way, Diamond Way and Gloucestershire Way. In addition to this we have set up marked walks around the farm, along tracks and open grassland, with maps available in the games room. We have mapped out walks for you to enjoy along private land and also the Cotswold Way. From  a gentle 1.5 mile stroll to the local pub to a days walking around some of the Cotswolds famous villages we can help you plan the route.

     

  • Bourton on the Water and the Slaughters: 4 miles

    Bourton is one of the busiest of the Cotswold towns, so best visited after the coach trips have left for the day, but an absolute gem nonetheless. Nearby however are the 2 best small villages you would ever wish to visit in Upper and Lower Slaughter.

    The Cotswold Farm Park: 4 miles

    The Cotswold Farm Park – Home of Adam Henson’s Cotswold Farm Park as featured on Countryfile – learn about rare breeds, pet the animals in the touch barn, feed lambs and goats and enjoy the various playgrounds. A wonderful day out for old and young.

    Cotswold Wildlife Park: 4 miles

    Cotswold Wildlife Park – Burford – Lions, Tigers and everything in-between, the wild life park offers up close encounters with natures finest, with lovely grounds and a children’s playground, you may even get to stroke a giraffe.

    Birdland: 4 miles

    Penguins, Flamingos and many more winged varieties reside at Birdland in Bourton-on-the-Water,  just 3 miles down the road. Meet the keepers and watch the birds being fed throughout the day and take a walk through the marsh mouth reserve a 2.5 acre nature reserve – look out for kingfishers, frogs, toads and many other species.

    The National
    Trust:

    National Trust – we have many National Trust sites in the area, from stunning gardens at Hidcote to Roman ramains at the Chedworth Villa. To see National Trust properties visit their website.

    Sudeley Castle: 8 miles

    Set against the dramatic backdrop of the Cotswolds, Sudeley Castle & Gardens is just eight miles from Broadway & Cheltenham. It has played an important role in the turbulent and changing times of England’s past, with royal connections that stretch back over 1000 years. Today it is a much loved family home and popular visitor attraction.  See what’s on.

    The Cotswold Motoring Museum: 4 miles

    The Cotswold Motoring Museum – The Motoring Museum is overflowing with vintage car collections, classic cars and motorcycles, caravans, original enamel signs and in intriguing collection of motoring curiosities, it is a genuinely captivating experience and a fun day out at Bourton on the Water in the Cotswolds.

    Cheltenham Racecourse: 14 miles

    Cheltenham is at the heart of almost every aspect of Jump racing, where owners, trainers, jockeys, stable staff and breeders dream of having winners. It’s the place where the most important races are run. Hundreds of thousands of racing fans come to Cheltenham every year, but you don’t need to be an expert to have the time of your life. 

    Bourton Equestrian Centre: 4 miles
