• General information

  We have two beautifully hand built shepherds hut and a shepherds hut shower.  A large field for tents and caravans. 

• Accommodation

  We have two shepherds huts, Romney and Ryeland, both are hand built and cleverly designed.  The shepherds huts both have a sofa bed, big thick mattrass's make for a comfy night, with insulated walls keeping you cool in summer and warm on those chilly nights.  Each has a mini fridge, kettle, toaster, outdoor gas cooking area and disposable BBQ's are available. Complimentary cream teas are provided on arrival.  Linen and shower towels available for a small extra charge.

• Prices

  Shepherds huts are £50 a night on week days during term time, £55 on Friday and Saturday nights. In the holiday the prices are £55 for week days and £60 for Friday or Saturday night.  £15 for an extra bed - available in Romney only.  £5 for up to 2 dogs - a one off payment for the duration of your stay.  Linen is £8 extra - again a one off payment for the duration of your stay. 

  Camping prices start from £15 a pitch depending on the number of people staying. 

• Facilities

  We have four toilets, they all  have hand basins and are spacious enough for washing.  Our shower is housed in a purpose built shepherds hut and has wash basin, mirror and heated towel rail.  

  Prices include free access to our garden area with sandpit, childrens play equipment and animals. We have a tearooms and bakery onsite open from 10am to 5pm. 

• Things to do onsite and nearby

  Onsite you can bake bread, climb the windmill, enjoy a cream tea, play in the garden, stroke the donkey, peruse the gift shop and gallery.  Nearby you can visit Sandringham, the beach, Norfolk Lavendar, Snettisham Deer park and many many more.
