  • Q Is there a specific family camping field?
Redwoods Camping is designated for family camping. It is the first camping field on your right as you come over the bridge out of the arenas. Depending on where you park, the campsites are between 5 and 15 mins walk from the car parks. Beautiful Days is a family festival though so all of the camping fields have families camped in them!

Q Can I park my car next to my tent or drive to the campsite to unload?
No! No cars are allowed in the campsites or in the campervan fields before, during or after the festival. The car park is about a 10 minute walk from the festival arenas. There are two campsites as you come out of the car parks (Redwoods and Barleyfields camping) and then Arena Camping is adjacent to the Main Arena and is accessed by walking through the festival site.

Q Can I pitch a tent next to my friends campervan in the campervan field?
Tents are not allowed in the campervan field but small awnings are permitted. The width of any campervan with awning and a walkway to the next plot should not exceed 4 metres.

    Q Can I bring a trailer tent/folding caravan?
Yes but you would need to buy a caravan pass. Trailer Tents are not allowed in the campervan fields – particularly the cars. The campervan fields are for live-in vehicles only.

Q What does the caravan pass get me? Do I need a car pass as well?
The caravan pass covers a car towing a caravan which can be parked in the pitch – you do not need to buy a car pass as well. A van towing a caravan is permitted but only if the van is used for storage not sleeping in. If you also want to put people in it for sleeping you will need to buy a campervan pass as well and we will move it into the Campervan fields.

Q Can we hire any accommodation on site?
We are once again teaming up with Brook Bell Tents, Cloudhouses and Wigwamsam to exclusively offer a select number of Tipis, Bell Tents and Yurts for hire at Beautiful Days 2020 in ‘The Garden’ within our Barleyfields Campsite. All info here on The Garden page

Q Can I bring my caravan?
Yes! We have a limited number of caravan pitches. A Caravan Pass is the same face value price of a campervan + car and the cost covers the caravan AND your car which can park next to it in the 8 x 8m pitch.

    Q Are we allowed BBQs?
Yes, you can bring small disposable BBQs as long as they are raised off the ground so you dont damage the land. And obviously please dont use them in tents and dont leave them unattended.

Q Are there showers? Or water points?
Yes, there are showers in all the campsites. They are manned and cleaned throughout the day. These are marked clearly by signs and on the site map in the festival programme.

We have free drinking water from taps all over site and multiple specific Drinking Water Stations which will be marked on the site map. And we are working with FRANK Water again this year. They will have two refill stations in the Main Arena and Redwoods plus two mobile tanks offering unlimited refills of filtered, chilled water when you purchase a refillable FRANK bottle or a FRANK Water wristband (if you have your own bottle).
