Each Lodge is built to the highest standards of luxury and style using the latest eco-friendly technology. Each Lodge comes complete with a king size bed, a hot tub, en-suite wet room style shower, a wood burning stove and kitchenette. Each Lodge also has its own private veranda.

The Lodges are located on the outskirts of Ewelme Village, South Oxfordshire, just 2 miles north east of the market town of Wallingford, home of Midsomer Murders and Agatha Christie.

  • All are south facing with a floor to ceiling glass front and raised veranda. They are elevated to give you unrivalled views across the Chiltern Hills. Two of the five Lodges are open-plan.

  • Walking has always been a popular pastime in and around Oxfordshire. It's certainly the best way to explore the bustling streets and tranquil walkways.

Oxfordshire itself is ideal for walking - hilly enough to give attractive views, yet with flatter river-valley walks as a gentler option. It's dotted with attractive villages often boasting a welcoming village pub or tea shop. You're never far from civilisation here - even if you do lose your way occasionally. And the mild climate means Oxfordshire's an excellent walking destination - all year round.

Cycling: Just about everyone in the area rides a bike to explore those hidden, unexpected parts of the county. Bike lanes and commuter routes cut through the city's roads. There are plenty of opportunities for bike hire in and around Oxfordshire so you can explore the countryside at your leisure. And to cap it off most market towns have a cycle repair shop.
